Kinsey Couch

Vice President

Kinsey serves as Vice President of AAG, where she keeps the team operating efficiently and focused on delivering high-quality work. She plays a key role in keeping projects organized and moving forward, bringing structure and clarity to day-to-day operations in a fast-paced work environment.

Prior to joining AAG, Kinsey spent nearly seven years with a non-profit research institute, where she progressed through multiple accounting roles of increasing responsibility. During that time, she supported financial reporting to executive leadership, managed core accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and contributed to monthly closings. She also led the implementation of internal systems, including secure ACH processes and expense management tools that improved efficiency and streamlined approvals.

This experience carries into her work at AAG, where she focuses on strengthening internal workflows, improving visibility across projects, and building systems that support a growing, high-performing team.

Kinsey earned her B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting focus, Management minor) from Chowan University in 2016 and her MBA from Virginia Wesleyan University in 2022.

Outside of work, Kinsey leans into creativity and adventure through flying general aviation aircraft with her husband, hosting and planning gatherings, crafting home décor, and making time for friends and family.
