
Elliot Biltekoff
R&D Engineer
Elliot Biltekoff earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering: Human Factors (2020) and a PhD in Industrial Engineering: Human Factors (2023) from the University at Buffalo. He worked in the Crew Systems and Aviation Operations Branch (CSAOB) from 2023-2026 as a Human Factors Researcher.
He has evaluated psychometric scales of measurement and modeled judgments while studying human performance and behavioral modeling. He has taught courses in Human Factors on safety and user-centered design to undergraduate and graduate students. Now an R&D Engineer with Adaptive Aerospace Group, Elliot is working with CSAOB personnel studying how physiological measures can predict pilot fatigue.
Elliot enjoys time at the gym, playing golf and soccer, getting outside for a hike with his wife and dog, and whipping up tasty meals in the kitchen.
